Spencer Horn

Spencer is the President of Altium Leadership. He has previously been the CEO of a leadership development company and Vice President of a NASDAQ company, which developed IMAX theaters in tourist destinations. There he worked with major organizations such as IMAX Corp., National Geographic Television, Radio City Productions, Disney Films, and more. He has been speaking professionally since 2009. He has been speaking and presenting at PMI chapter development conferences since 2010 and has been a regular speaker at the PMI Leadership Institute Meeting (LIM) North America Conference since 2014 and the closing keynote speaker of LIM AP & NA 2021. He was the opening general session speaker at LIM 2023. He is consistently one of the highest-rated speakers for the yearlong, PMI Leadership Institute Master Class (LIMC) since 2015

 

 

Lucila Dotto

Lucila leads the team that works to connect and empower the PMI Community in Europe.

A psychologist by background, she is an SME in culture transformation, leadership development, and behavior change.
Before joining PMI, she worked for KPMG UK and co-founded her own boutique consulting firm. She is passionate about education. An interesting fact? Lucila wrote a book in Spanish, which translates as "Have the Courage to Be Yourself".

 

 

 

Costas Mitropoulos

Costas Mitropoulos is a management consultant with extensive experience in strategy, acquisitions, and restructuring. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of ELTRAK S.A., PLAISIO S.A., MOTODYNAMICS S.A., the Cyprus Development Bank, and the Institute of Economic and Industrial Studies (ΙΟΒΕ) and chair of the Investment Committee of the LATSCO Family Office. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ATTICA BANK, Executive Director of PwC Greece, and CEO of PQH, the Single Special Liquidator of 16 failed banks.

Costas Mitropoulos was the first CEO of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (TAIPED), Executive Chairman of Eurobank EFG Equities, and Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets in the Eurobank EFG Group. He was the founder and Executive Chairman of KANTOR Management Consultants S.A. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Bank Association, the Athens Stock Exchange, NIKAS S.A., Logic DIS S.A. in Greece, CLR Financial Services in Cyprus, and several professional organizations. He was a long-standing member of the Global Advisory Council of the London Business School.

Costas Mitropoulos is a mechanical and electrical engineer from the National Technical University of Athens, with postgraduate studies in Business Administration and Economics, holding an MSc from Imperial College and a PhD from the London Business School. He has published articles in scientific journals, professional magazines, and newspapers.

 

Stelios Iliakis

Stelios Iliakis is a Greek entrepreneur, investor, and a Ph.D. holder from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Part of his entrepreneurial activities includes being the co-founder and CEO of Sleed, one of the largest and most awarded companies in e-commerce, digital marketing, and technology services in Greece. Sleed was founded in 2010 and has received over 200 awards to date, employing more than 150 employees. The company has a dominant presence in the Greek market, and in recent years, it has expanded its activities to an international level.

In addition, as an entrepreneur and investor, he is a partner at UniFund. UniFund was established in Greece in 2017 and raised 70 million euros through European Investment Sources. UniFund's goal is to "activate" entrepreneurial spirit and harness the hidden potential in Greek universities, R&D, and the technology sector. At the moment, it has invested in more than 30 innovative companies with a presence in over 15 countries.

 

Yanni Spiropoulos

Yanni Spiropoulos is the founder and managing partner of OCTANE Management Consultants. Before founding OCTANE, Mr.Spiropoulos served as Managing Director for KANTOR Management Consultants, Executive Vice-President for SPOT JWT, and Senior Consultant for Booz Allen & Hamilton in London.

Mr.Spiropoulos has 30 years of experience as a strategy and operations advisor. He has directed more than 500 strategic, business planning, market-entry, operational restructuring, sales growth, and performance improvement projects for clients such as SEV, Bank of Greece, Ministry of Development, Ministry of Digital Reform, Ministry of Health, EUROBANK, National Bank of Greece, HEINZ EUROPE, VODAFONE, WIND Hellas, OTE, EMPORIKI Bank, PIRAEUS Bank, INTERAMERICAN, ERGO and several others.

Mr.Spiropoulos is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Institute for Industrial and Economic Studies (IOBE) of the Hellenic Association of Management Consultants (SESMA) and Vice President of the Hellenic Harvard Alumni Association.

He holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from INSEAD.

 

Vassilis Antonas

 

Founder of IMPACT Premium Consulting Services, Executive Coach, Psychotherapist, Organisational Development Consultant and Course Director of Impact’s Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organisational Development (AADCT), globally the first Coaching Training to receive Accreditation from the Association for Coaching. Vassilis is the author of Coaching for Impact: The Evolution of Leadership, published by Routledge in 2017.

He has consulted for over 100 Greek and Multinational companies, delivering tens of thousands of consultation hours to leaders from all functions and industries. Clients include Microsoft, Alcon, Nike, NN, Unilever, Mondelez, Technomar, Qualco, Mytilineos and more.

From 1998 to 2001, he worked for the British NHS and served as Clinical Director for CAP London from 2001 to 2006, at which point he returned to Greece and founded Impact. His vision is to craft the circumstances for pursuing excellence for individuals and organisations: Directly, by offering Executive Coaching and Organisational Development services and indirectly through the Diploma.

Vassilis is also a published songwriter, a martial arts instructor, a free diver, a former motorsport driver, and a devoted world traveler; as well as a member of the AC’s Accreditation Committee.

 

Dimitris Apostolopoulos

 

Dimitris is a graduate of the University of Patras in Business Management and Administration and a graduate MSc in Tourism Business Administration from HOU, specializing in Revenue Management, from two prestigious institutions: Cornell University and EHL. These experiences have equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities of the tourism and hospitality sectors.

With a strong background in hotel operations, he has honed his skills through his previous roles at Trivago in Düsseldorf as a Hotel Relations expert and General Manager at 4-star and 5-star hotels in Greece. These positions allowed him to develop a keen eye for detail, exceptional customer service, and a strategic approach to managing hotel operations.

For the past 8 years, he has served as the Commercial Director of Square Lime | Premium Hospitality Management, a role that has allowed him to showcase his expertise in driving business growth and maximizing revenue.

 

Costas Tjiapouras

 

Costas Tjiapouras, MSc, MBA, PMP®, Region Mentor for Southwest Europe Project Management Institute and Program Manager at Bank of Cyprus, will be among the speakers of our Project Management Crossroads Annual Conference.

Costas has more than 23 years of experience in Program and Project Management and, throughout his career, has successfully managed a multitude of diverse and complex IT Projects. He is a Program Manager / Value Stream Leader for the Finance & Treasury Departments at the Enterprise Technology Portfolio & Service Delivery Department of the Bank of Cyprus. In addition, he is the founder of PMI Cyprus Chapter, and his current role within PMI as of January 1st, 2024, is Region Mentor for Southwest Europe.

 

Dimitris Skalkos

Ο Δημήτρης Σκάλκος γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1971. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Πολιτικής Επιστήμης και Διεθνών Σπουδών του Παντείου Πανεπιστημίου και κατέχει μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στις Διεθνείς Σχέσεις από το πανεπιστήμιο του Κεντ στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία. Έχει συγγράψει τέσσερα βιβλία πολιτικής επιστήμης, οικονομικών μεταρρυθμίσεων και περιφερειακής ανάπτυξης και έχει δημοσιεύσει ικανό αριθμό ερευνητικών άρθρων σε ακαδημαϊκά περιοδικά. Έχει υπηρετήσει ως ειδικός σύμβουλος στα υπουργεία Περιβάλλοντος, Χωροταξίας και Δημοσίων Έργων, Γεωργίας, Οικονομίας και Ανάπτυξης, και ως σύμβουλος του προέδρου της Νέας Δημοκρατίας Κυριάκου Μητσοτάκη σε ζητήματα οικονομικών της ανάπτυξης. Από το 2019 είναι γενικός γραμματέας Δημοσίων Επενδύσεων και ΕΣΠΑ στο υπουργείο Εθνικής Οικονομίας & Οικονομικών. Είναι επίσης μέλος της Εκτελεστικής Επιτροπής του Ταμείου Ανάκαμψης και Ανθεκτικότητας και μέλος του ΔΣ της Ελληνικής Αναπτυξιακής Τράπεζας.

 

Irene Corantis

Irene Corantis thought she was a brand marketer, formed at P&G, groomed at Notos Com Holdings and forged at Coca-Cola. Or so she thought! Driven by learning, getting things done and having an impact, she has been following, for the last 15 years, inspirational Coca-Cola leaders into the worlds of Creative Excellence, Strategy, HR, Capabilities and even non-profit organizations. Currently, as the VP of Global Digital Owned Platforms, she is focused on accelerating digital recruitment through every consumer interaction.

She holds a B.Sc. magna cum laude in Management from The American College of Greece and earned an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley as a Fulbright Scholar.

Irene is also a storytelling coach, a member of the Advisory Council of ReGeneration, an Endeavor mentor, a passionate dissectologist, an avid traveler and most importantly a very proud mom of Melina (12).

 

Antonis Politis

Ο Αντώνης Πολίτης είναι φοιτητής στο Οικονομικό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, ενώ μόλις στα 20 του ίδρυσε την Givelink, ένα impact-business που αλλάζει τα δεδομένα στη φιλανθρωπία.

Η εταιρεία έχει διακριθεί ως η καλύτερη φοιτητική startup στην Ελλάδα, καθώς και μια εκ των 4 κορυφαίων στην Ευρώπη, ενώ παράλληλα, ο Αντώνης και η ομάδα του συμπεριλήφθηκαν στην ελληνική λίστα Forbes 30under30.

 

Nelly Paleologou

Nelly Paleologou is the Deputy Head of the Representation of the European Commission in Greece. A lawyer by training with a specialization in environmental law, her career in the European Commission spans more than 20 years in executive positions in various policy areas such as regional policy, research and development, environment and communication. Before coming to Athens in 2020 Nelly was working for the Spokesperson Service of the European Commission while prior to joining the EU civil service she was heading the BirdLife International office in Brussels.

Η Νέλλη Παλαιολόγου είναι Αναπληρώτρια Επικεφαλής της Αντιπροσωπείας της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής στην Ελλάδα. Δικηγόρος με κατάρτιση και εξειδίκευση στο περιβαλλοντικό δίκαιο, η σταδιοδρομία της στην Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή εκτείνεται σε περισσότερα από 20 χρόνια σε επιτελικές θέσεις σε διάφορους τομείς πολιτικής, όπως η περιφερειακή πολιτική, η έρευνα και ανάπτυξη, το περιβάλλον και η επικοινωνία. Πριν έρθει στην Αθήνα το 2020, η Νέλλη εργαζόταν για την Υπηρεσία Εκπροσώπου Τύπου της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής, ενώ πριν από την ένταξή της στη δημόσια διοίκηση της ΕΕ ήταν επικεφαλής του γραφείου του BirdLife International στις Βρυξέλλες.

 

Dimosthenis Anagnostopoulos

Ο Δημοσθένης Αναγνωστόπουλος είναι Καθηγητής στο Τμήμα Πληροφορικής και Τηλεματικής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου στο αντικείμενο των Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων και Προσομοίωσης.

Διετέλεσε Πρύτανης του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου με τετραετή θητεία (9/2011 έως 1/2016) και Κοσμήτορας της Σχολής Ψηφιακής Τεχνολογίας. Εξελέγη Προεδρεύων της Συνόδου Πρυτάνεων των Ελληνικών Πανεπιστημίων (1/2014 έως 6/2014). Είναι Επισκέπτης Καθηγητής στο Πανεπιστήμια του Sussex, UK και Manchester, UK. Είναι Πτυχιούχος και Διδάκτορας του Τμήματος Πληροφορικής και Τηλεπικοινωνιών του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.

Διετέλεσε Εθνικός Εκπρόσωπος στην ΕΕ για ICT στο Horizon 2020 (2014 έως 2015). Διετέλεσε Γενικός Γραμματέας Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων του Υπουργείου Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών (2004 έως 2009). Κατά τη θητεία του δημιουργήθηκαν τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα φορολογίας ακινήτων (ΕΤΑΚ) και περιουσιολογίου (E9), νέο TAXISnet, ηλεκτρονικό τελωνείο (ICISnet), ελεγκτικών υπηρεσιών (ELENXIS), ηλεκτρονικής ενημέρωσης και εξυπηρέτησης συνταξιούχων, ενημέρωσης μέσω κινητής τηλεφωνίας (Μ-TAXIS).

Το διάστημα 2019 - 2023 διετέλεσε Γενικός Γραμματέας Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων Δημόσιας Διοίκησης του Υπουργείου Ψηφιακής Διακυβέρνησης, συντελώντας στην αλματώδη εξέλιξη του ψηφιακού μετασχηματισμού της χώρας μας κατά τα τελευταία έτη.
