Resilience is a critical factor in project management, enabling teams to navigate uncertainty, adapt to crises, and drive success despite challenges. This session will explore how resilience shapes project management and will reflect on real-world examples—including the Beirut Blast of August 4, 2020—to highlight how resilience played a crucial role in response and recovery efforts.
