About the presentation:
How do young people embrace project management to become leaders and why compare a corporate to a start-up project environment? How do you select the culture you belong to? How to step into a more powerful and innovative project management? We live in a highly dynamic environment where technology accelerates the pace of interactions of knowledge and where young people fluctuate between complex corporate environments & lean start-ups.
The “new normal” demands talent to handle the ambiguities nevertheless for Project, Program & Portfolio Managers, this is a unique opportunity to contribute beyond the immediate objectives outlined from their corporate strategy in order to build innovation.

- Discuss the insights from two case projects (Supply Chain Corporate Project & a Last Mile Logistics in an early stage Start-Up)
- Analyze the Growth & the Fixed Mindset & how they affect project managers
- Understand the difference between Business models vs Business plans
